Our programmes of outdoor fitness in Altrincham are a far cry from the gym. You’ll be joining up to 14 other men and women of all shapes and sizes and levels of ability who are equally keen to embark upon a group fitness programme of exercise coaching that will deliver excellent health benefits.

Group fitness is the perfect way to keep you motivated. Your exercise coaching will be with the same people, week in, week out – so you’ll get to know each other, bond and motivate one another forwards.

We’re serious about exercise coaching. All of our instructors are fully qualified and before you begin your boot camp fitness sessions, we will ask you to complete a questionnaire to ascertain your general health and fitness capability.

Rest assured, classes are split according to ability so you’ll be working out with people of a similar fitness level. You may feel competitive, but most people find exercising as a group offers a great incentive and as you bond with your team mates you tend to encourage each other on.

With good camaraderie and great outdoors scenery as your backdrop, exercising takes on whole new dimensions. Rather than dragging yourself to the gym for another repetitive workout, you’ll be exercising outside in the fresh air – and the feel good factor after each session takes some beating!
